These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mailer Boxes Co. website and the purchase of our custom packaging products. By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders & quotes
Quotes provided by Mailer Boxes Co. are estimates based on the specifications you supply (size, material, quantity, printing, and finishing). Final pricing is confirmed in writing before production begins. An order is accepted once payment (or an agreed deposit) is received and you have approved the design proof.
2. Custom-made products
Our mailer boxes are produced to order and customized to your specifications. Because each order is bespoke, custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, except where the product is defective or differs materially from your approved proof (see Section 7).
3. Artwork & proof approval
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all artwork, text, dimensions, and specifications you provide.
- We supply a digital proof for your approval before printing. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully for spelling, layout, color, and sizing.
- Once you approve the proof, production proceeds based on that approved file. Mailer Boxes Co. is not liable for errors present in an approved proof.
- Printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to differences in monitors, materials, and printing processes.
4. Intellectual property
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logos, images, trademarks, or content you submit for printing, and that they do not infringe the rights of any third party. You retain ownership of your artwork; Mailer Boxes Co. uses it solely to fulfill your order.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders are processed once payment clears. For large or wholesale orders, a deposit may be required before production, with the balance due prior to shipment.
6. Changes & cancellations
Changes or cancellations may be possible only before design approval and the start of production. Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled, as materials and print setups are committed to your specific job.
7. Defects, errors & remedies
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will, at our discretion, reprint the affected items or provide an appropriate resolution. Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mailer Boxes Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
